How consultation-request information is used
This notice applies to information submitted through Rainwater Studio consultation forms. It is a concise service notice, not a complete legal privacy policy.
Information collected
A consultation request collects your name, email, project city or general location, the type of help requested, and any optional project description you provide.
Results summaries
When you request help from Results, Rainwater Studio shows a concise summary before submission. That summary is included by default. You can uncheck the consent box to submit the request without the summary; doing so does not prevent submission.
How information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your consultation inquiry. It is not added to a newsletter or marketing list, sold to advertisers, or automatically transferred to a separate CRM.
Netlify form processing
Rainwater Studio is hosted on Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions as the hosting and form-service provider. Netlify account settings control form notifications and submission management.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of a consultation submission, use the Rainwater Studio pre-analysis help form, choose Other, and write Privacy or deletion request in the project-description field. Include the email address used for the original request so the submission can be located.
